**Your role**:
You will play a key role in helping to define PayFit's positioning, develop annual and multi-years strategies and make the right decisions on acquisitions, international expansion. products and services to develop.

Reporting directly to our Chief Strategy Officer, you will play a role in defining the company's road to follow for the 3 to 5 years to come.

**Your missions and responsibilities**:

- Define PayFit's core strategy and associated business plan
- Investigate diversification opportunities (new verticals, products, distribution channels, geographies)
- Validate opportunities to be rolled-out/scaled
- Proactively monitor market/competitor environment
- Identify and qualify M&A opportunities
- Manage a team of strategy specialists

**Your qualifications:
- 6 years+ of working experience in a leading strategy consulting firm and/or combined experience in a corporate strategy department
- Ideally track-record in a tech-savvy company
- Proven experience in people management
- Background working in an international environment
- Must be a fluent English speaker
- Share values of humility, care, passion and excellence

**Hiring process**:

- A video call with one of our recruiter to understand your career path and aspirations, and answer any questions you may have
- A video call with our Chief Strategy Officer to dive into your experience and the role
- A series of video calls with stakeholders to be aligned on expectations on both sides, and assess your technical and values skills for the position
- A final video or onsite interview (Hiring Manager, C-Level, VP) to answer any remaining questions
