Caretaker Couple

**Job description**

Our client is looking for a **couple of experienced caretakers** to ensure the interior and exterior maintenance of his property located in **La Croix Valmer**.

Position to be filled as soon as possible, on a permanent contract with accommodation outside the property in the village.

**Responsibilities**
- Doing household chores
- Manage stocks of cleaning products.
- Washing, ironing and storage of household and family linen.
- Cooking when the employer is present (home cooking).
- Shopping for food and other supplies.
- Table setting and non-formal table service.
- Report technical problems or equipment malfunctions.
- DIY and small repairs.
- Garden maintenance (mowing, pruning, weeding, sweeping, wood storage, etc.).
- Maintenance of the swimming pool, technical room, terraces and garden furniture.
- Reception of external service providers.
- Maintain vehicles (interior and exterior) and follow up on maintenance logbooks.
- Driver for family and/or guests (airport transfers).
- Caring for dogs on demand (2 Chihuahuas).
- Management of the expenditure budget with collection of receipts.
- Reporting to the owner.
- Property Monitoring.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar professional setting.
- Dynamic, autonomous and committed people.
- Sense of service with good listening skills.
- Confidentiality assured to the family.
- Spoken French.
- Driver's license required for the couple.
- Familiar with pets.

**Salary**

4500EUR

Pay: 4,500.00€ per month
