- Description**Contexte**:
LAZARD, leader mondial indépendant en conseil en fusions-acquisitions, intervient sur tous types de transactions pour le compte de clients prestigieux (industriels et de fonds de Private Equity) en France et dans le monde entier. La Banque propose une gamme complète de conseils incluant entre autres:

- Fusions & Acquisitions
- Restructurations du capital
- Partenariats stratégiques
- Conseils financiers d'ordre général

**Poste proposé**:
Au sein du bureau parisien de Lazard et de notre équipe IB Real Estate, Lazard Immobilier, spécialiste du conseil financier en immobilier, nous proposons un poste d’analyste junior couvrant entre autres les missions suivantes:

- Opérations d’actifs : Acquisition/cessions de portefeuilles ou de single assets et opérations de sale and lease-back
- Fusions & Acquisitions et financement Corporate pour le compte des grands acteurs de l’immobilier
- Conseil sur la stratégie immobilière et la valorisation de patrimoine immobilier (structuration de portefeuilles, création de foncières internes, véhicules d’investissement et de développement immobilier, financement immobilier)

En tant qu’analyste, vous serez pleinement intégré(e) à une équipe de 10 personnes.

Ce poste est basé à Paris, à pourvoir dans l’immédiat.

**Profil recherché**:
Vous êtes:

- Diplômé(e) d’une Grande Ecole de Commerce ou d’Ingénieur ou titulaire d'un Master 2 avec une dominante Finance d’Entreprise/Ingénierie financière
- Vous bénéficiez impérativement d’une expérience d'une année dans le domaine financier (banque d’affaires, fonds d’investissement, audit, direction financière )
- Vous bénéficiez d’une expérience préalable dans le domaine le domaine de l’immobilier (en conseil ou à l’investissement)
- Vous avez d’excellentes compétences techniques sur le pack office (en particulier Excel et Powerpoint) et sur les outils professionnels de la banque d’investissement (_Bloomberg_, _FactSet_, _Dealogic_, _Capital IQ_ ou équivalent) ainsi qu’une maîtrise des bases de données immobilières
- Vous parlez un anglais courant
- Excellent sens de l’organisation, capacité à mener plusieurs projets de front
- Vous possédez les qualités suivantes : capacité de travail, d’analyse et de synthèse, rigueur, curiosité, enthousiasme, esprit d’équipe

**Compétences nécessaires**:

- Compétences en finance d’entreprise (analyste financière, valorisation, modélisation financière)
- Compétences en analyse sectorielle immobilière et stratégique (analyse de marché, concurrence...)

**Sélection**:
Le processus de sélection comprend une présélection sur dossier (CV + lettre de motivation), case study et plusieurs entretiens individuels.
