**Description de l'offre**:
Rattaché(e) au Responsable Financier de la Business Line Grands Projets (IBM-F), vous avez la responsabilité du pilotage de la performance financière d'un portefeuille de projet.
Les principales missions sont les suivantes:
1- Processus /outils/ développement projet
- participe à la préparation de l’IFF - Initial Financial Forecast (avec l’équipe offre)
- participe à la définition du budget de référence du projet (RFF/RFR)
- accompagne la montée en puissance du projet en développant/fiabilisant les outils et bonnes pratiques financières du projet
- est garant de la maintenance des paramètres et des données de gestion dans le système d’information

2- Periodical Financial Review (PFR)
Construit la Periodical Financial Review (PFR) en binôme avec le chef de projet et les leaders opérationnels
- prépare les données d’entrée (heures/VA/Achats)
- contribue à l’analyse de risque et au suivi des provisions à terminaison
- construit la nouvelle vision à terminaison et met à jour le budget
- explique les principales évolutions par rapport à la PFR précédente, et produit des états de synthèse
- challenge en binôme avec le Chef de Projet la marge et le cash-flow du projet, suit les actions de rétablissement de la marge
- tient à jour la liste des écarts de coûts par rapport au budget de référence (RFR) (causes internes et externes)

3- Elaboration des clôtures mensuelles et mise à jour du budget
- est le garant du bon déroulement des clôtures mensuelles du projet : fiabilité des comptes, écritures de clôture, analyse des écarts, alerte R&O et projection de trésorerie
- élabore mensuellement un reporting financier (présentant les résultats et principaux événements du mois, etc...) et s’assure que les choix du projet sont conformes aux normes financières
- contribue à la préparation du budget annuel et pluriannuel (et leur révision périodique) en collaboration avec les directions opérationnelles et la direction financière (CA / Coût de revient / marge, cash-flow) puis fournit des explications sur les éventuels écarts constatés
- réalise les analyses/reporting/alertes nécessaires au pilotage transversal du projet

D'autres missions transverses pourront vous être confiées pour compléter le poste.

**Profil souhaité**:
De formation Bac+5 en Gestion/Finance, type Ecole Supérieure de Commerce ou Université (Master en finance ou en contrôle de gestion), vous bénéficiez d'une expérience d’au moins 2 ans en contrôle de gestion, idéalement en contrôle de gestion projets.

Reconnu pour votre fiabilité et votre rigueur, vous êtes organisé et autonome.

Vous faites preuve d'une bonne capacité d'analyse et de synthèse.

Orienté résultat, vous avez l'esprit d'équipe.
