As part of the Global Supply Chain team, the Supply Planner Finished Goods (F/H) plays a key role to ensure a reliable product supply at optimal service levels. It is her/his accountability to create, maintain and optimize the supply/replenishment plans and to achieve an optimal demand-supply balance in terms of costs, inventories and reliability across the entire value chain. She/He is the major actor on the S&OP process.

**Grow With Us - Vos Responsabilités**:

- Manage (master) data for supply planning
- Define replenishment strategies and leadtime associated to them
- Develop Scenarios to Balance demand & supply (capabilities)
- Drive constrained replenishment plans
- Interface for Demand Planning
- Interface for local Supply Chains
- Interface for Supply planning components
- Prepare and execute Supply Review meetings
- Support the phase in/out process for FG
- Create and monitor FG Scorecards by using analytical segmentation (ABC/XYZ)
- Support coordination of all the activities within SC in case of crisis (Crisis Management).
- Escalate any bottleneck within the Supply Chain Network that may impact the achievement at short, medium term of targets in terms of on time delivery, inventory, capacity etc.
- Follow-up of references creation in several plants with Data management
- Support ONS team on capacity expansion projects
- Follow-up of different KPI to support the activity and the decisions (OTD, Backlog)

**Votre Profil**:

- Bachelor's degree in **Supply Chain** or **Business Administration**
- Comprehensive experience in supply chain management and demand planning
- Curiosity, out-of-the-box thinking
- Integrity, problem-solving & can-do mentality
- Communicating and collaborating across cultural and functional borders
- Fluent in **English
