To support CFM's growth, we are looking for a passionate graduate intern to join the project management team in the Technology department. Under the direct supervision of the manager, you will participate in the coordination and execution of various strategic projects within our organization.

Your responsibilities:

- Assist in the planning, organization and follow-up of ongoing projects.
- Collaborate with various teams (Trading, Predictions, Research, Infrastructure, Compliance, etc.) to ensure the smooth running of projects.
- Participate in the drafting of project documents, including project and steering committees, meeting minutes and communication plans.
- Help identify and analyze project risks.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes.
- Carry out market research and analysis to support project decisions.
- Your profile:

- 5 years' higher education in business, engineering or university, with a specialization in project management or equivalent.
- Strong written and oral communication skills (in English).
- Strong desire to learn, dynamic and rigorous.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in office automation tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- An interest in the finance sector and new technologies (machine learning, cloud, etc.).
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) is an asset.
