Your mission

At Onet Logistique, we pride ourselves on our commitment to providing high-quality in situ logistics services to our customers, particularly in the aeronautical sector.

Within our unit specialized in the processing of aeronautical parts, we are looking for a Reception Logistics Agent / HGV Driver to join our team.

As part of a team of 20 people, you will be a vital link in our ability to provide exceptional service to our customer.

You will be multi-skilled in all aspects of receiving, unpacking and outside deliveries. The main activity is that of Logistics Operator and the HGV Driver activity is ancillary.

Your main responsibilities will be:
Receiving party:

- Unload parcels from delivery trucks
- Physically receive parcels and welcome drivers.
- Inspect packages quantitatively and qualitatively.
- Expressing reservations
- Identify parcels by labelling them with the reception number.
- Transmit documents to the administrative department in compliance with file creation procedures.
- Make parcels available for routing according to customer instructions (civil, military, subcontracting).
- Assemble packaging to supply workshops
- Cleaning containers

Versatility in the control of parts according to peak workloads:

- Quantity and quality control of parts for integrated launch.
- Record the PN and SN of these parts.
- Repack the inspected parts according to their destination.

Outside deliveries (1 to 2 times a week over short distances):

- Deliver parts to local subcontractors (in Châtellerault) by LCV
- Deliver the engines to the test benches for testing at Oyré en PL

Your assets

You have logistics training as a forklift operator or have significant experience in this field (receiving parcels, handling materials, handling and packing sensitive parts, etc.).

You must hold the B and C (FIMO) licenses required for local deliveries, as well as the CACES 3 for forklift truck operation.

If you hold CACES R489 1, 2 and 5. CACES R485 cat.2, R484 cat.1 Pont Roulant would be a plus.

English is a plus.

You have a good command of IT tools (in particular SAP and the Office pack).

Thoroughness, punctuality, responsiveness and autonomy are essential qualities for success in this position.
