AGCO Finance (AF) is a successful and long-standing joint-venture between DLL and AGCO Corporation, present in over 20 markets offering both wholesale and retail finance solutions to dealers and farmers. With over 30 years of partnership, AF is the longest and biggest vendor finance program of DLL.

You will be responsible for two legal entities, DLL France and ACGO Finance France and reports functionally into Group Finance DLL and directly to our General Manager (DLL). For both entities, you will lead two high performing finance teams with team leads overseeing a team of about 15 members. They all have a lot of knowledge about the financial products we offer to our customers, the regulatory requirements, taxation and the requirements for Group Reporting purposes.

As CFO, there will be 3 main priorities for you: Strategy, Controlling and Group Reporting.

Both ACGO and DLL are focused on providing financial solutions for their customers. Within France, there are increasing regulatory requirements given by the relevant authorities for these solutions and besides that we are located close to our biggest competitors. This means a lot of competition in which we need to act quickly and compliant.
This will be the first time that ACGO Finance France and DLL France will be under the supervision of one Country CFO. At DLL, the complexity lies within the various financial solutions we offer and for ACGO we generate higher volumes of sales, although with less complexity. We believe this to be a great opportunity for our two amazing companies to work more closely together and you could be the person that will make that happen
As CFO, you will play a critical role in terms of strategy. You will be sitting with our partners from both companies, collaborate with sales and General Managers to provide a path within the right regulatory way to get our customers the right financial solutions.

As stated above, you will lead two teams with a lot of experience and expertise. Together, you are responsible for Controlling/Regulatory/Tax. As leader, you will coordinate these processes, look for ways to make your teams grow and let them work independently.

Finally, you will have a functional reporting line to our European CFO at DLL and will work closely with him to comply with the group reporting requirements.

**Day to Day**:

- Proactively contributes to the development of a business strategy and business plan for the country (sub region) as strategic business partner. Translates business plan to short term and long term plans for own department.
- Plans, organizes, co-ordinates and supports the business in financial budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Provides internal reports to country management and DLL Group finance concerning business performance and results. Includes analysis of trends and root causes of changes. Reports financial results to external stakeholders (customers, partners, auditors, regulators, tax authorities etc.) and provides analysis and detailed information
- Advice and support business leaders at country / sub region level with financial advice in order to improve business results on the short or longer term. This includes how to improve margins, lower risks and decrease costs
- Ensures reliable and timely financial transaction processes, compliant with statutory requirements
- Safeguards a sound financial and operational internal control environment. Organizes and ensures compliance with corporate and external policies, laws and regulations, including local tax and accounting laws and DLL’s finance, control, tax and treasury policies.
- Plan, structure, organize, manage and control the assigned department, processes, staff and business partners, in line with corporate policies and company values.

**Essentials**:

- You have proven experience as a Financial Leader (end-responsible authority) within the financial services sector in France.
- You hold a Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Audit or other related field.
- An MBA degree would be considered a plus.
