Contexte du poste
Au sein d?un groupe international en pleine transformation digitale, la mission consiste à développer des solutions innovantes destinées à améliorer la relation avec un large réseau de partenaires et utilisateurs à travers le monde.
L?objectif est de concevoir des produits qui maximisent la valeur business tout en offrant une expérience fluide et cohérente aux différents acteurs de l?écosystème.
Missions principales
Comprendre en profondeur les besoins et irritants des utilisateurs (B2B et B2C).
Collecter et prioriser les besoins métiers et utilisateurs à partir de multiples sources (feedbacks clients, data, équipes sales, support, partenariats, etc.).
**Assurer le rôle de Product Owner au sein de l?équipe agile**: gestion du backlog produit, priorisation, préparation des sprints.
Collaborer avec les équipes techniques et d?architecture pour transformer les besoins en user stories, définir les MVP et garantir leur livraison dans les délais.
Coordonner avec les autres Product Managers afin d?identifier les dépendances et d?assurer la cohérence globale de la roadmap.
Contribuer à la réussite des sprints et à la réalisation des objectifs PI.
Suivre les indicateurs de performance (ROI, KPI, OKR) et proposer des actions d?amélioration continue.
Appuyer les Product Managers seniors et le Head of Product dans la mise à jour de la roadmap produit.
Profil recherché
Minimum 3 ans d?expérience en tant que Product Manager dans un environnement agile.
Solide connaissance des frameworks SAFe / Scrum.
Bonne compréhension des méthodes et outils de gestion produit.
Capacité à travailler sur plusieurs marchés ou dans un contexte multiculturel.
Esprit analytique et maîtrise des outils de suivi de performance.
Forte adaptabilité et goût pour les environnements en évolution rapide.
