For our department Consulting & Planning Studio (CPS) in our offices in Paris we are looking for a multi-talented colleague in order to support our account managers and independent dealers in the sales processes.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Prepare quotes and presentations
- Draw plans (2D) and visualizations (3D)
- Assist at meetings with customers when needed
- Prepare and assist at installation and provide logístical support
- Coordinate changes in our showroom in Paris with HQ and showroom manager based in Bruxelles (order management, manage quotes for fit-out or sur-mesure, manage local suppliers, help consolidate budget, prepare installation etc.)
- Integrate new concepts & products in the showroom
- Help create planning (2D Concept, 3D interior design) when workplace consulting

You are eager to learn and propose technical and creative solutions in cooperation with our colleagues at the headquarter in Switzerland. You will also present projects at customers in several languages (FR/EN).

**Your Qualifications**
- Bachelor Degree in interior architecture, space design or industrial design
- You have already some years of working experience in a creative commercial environment
- A good knowlegde of English. Notions of German are an asset
- A good confidence with the following software: Office (Powerpoint, Outlook, Excel) and collaborative platforms (Office 365, Teams, Mural), pCon.planner, Vectorworks and Adobe Creative suite
- Strong communicative and organizational skills
- Good skills of working independent and in team
- Client oriented mindset, flexible and stress-resistant person
