To support the growth of the Global Brand Strategy & New Business Acceleration service of the Group, we are recruiting in Suresnes (92) or in Dardilly (69), a **:GLOBAL CATEGORY & SHOPPER MANAGER H/F**
**Missions**
Part of the Squeeze Global team, reporting to the Global Strategy & New Business Director, the Global category and shopper marketing manager has a double mission:
- As category leader, he/she contributes to creating the category approach for the global scope:
- Deeply understand the snacking usage, especially the fruit snack usage & attitudes in all markets.
- Build the global Squeeze category vision by integrating new trends, market evolution
- As shopper marketing manager, he/she should be accountable for shopper centricity:
- Build the Shopper strategy for the Squeeze business
- Work with external partners to develop the shopper journey & shopper messaging for GGS for all relevant channels
- Deliver the global shopper toolkit to support local markets
- Contribute to innovation, communication, design initiatives through advices bringing sales & category inputs
- Be the key business partner of the local teams for the launch preparation of their innovations by helping them on the shopper approach
- Contribute to building brand strat plans with marketing teams on the channel & category approach
You have 7+ years of experience in sales and marketing (category management as a must have, customer & field as a nice to have) with a deep market & channel understanding.
Your deep knowledge of channel dynamics, category management and in store commercial drivers are an asset.
You have clear understanding of markets, sales and distribution, competitor activity, consumer and shopper behavior, category management.
Your qualities are leadership, agility, creative and you have a macro and micro views.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken is required.
