- Make outbound calls to store employees
- Understand and interpret quality data analysis
- Support stores in resolving issues and incidents related to tools
- Participate in the development of data and business tools
- Participate in structuring the employee training cycle
- Escalate blockers with external responsibilities to the departments
- Maintain a business FAQ
- Regular meetings with the business manager
Your Profile
Previous successful experience in project management or business support assignments;
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and PowerPoint or Slides (essential);
Very good level of written and spoken French required;
Team spirit, listening skills, analytical skills, and rigor are essential for success in this position.

MISSION:
The Project Manager defines, implements, and leads a project with the aim of achieving an optimal result that meets the business requirements formulated and validated by or for the client regarding quality, performance, cost, deadlines, and safety.
ACTIVITIES:
RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE FUNCTIONAL CONTENT OF THE PROJECT:
- Defines business needs, establishes general functional specifications, and precisely drafts the specifications
- Participates in the selection of a solution (software package, development, etc.) in conjunction with the project manager
- Plans the resources to be implemented (human, technical, financial)
- Defines and supervises the production of prototypes and functional tests. PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
- Organizes, coordinates, and leads the project management team
- Arbitrates any disputes between the team and other stakeholders
- Supervises project progress
- Coordinates, summarizes, and ensures the quality of approvals issued
- Circulates and disseminates information to the business side
- Is responsible for all events occurring within the project
PROJECT PREPARATION, DEPLOYMENT, AND IMPLEMENTATION OF USER SUPPORT ACTIONS:
- Defines the target users
- Defines the teaching methods and resources for user training as early as possible
- Implements user training and support, based on their needs
- Defines the user support service
- Defines the procedures for processing upgrade requests
GUARANTEEING THE BEST FIT BETWEEN QUALITY, COST, AND TIME
- Performs the acceptance testing of the projects and Assesses their compliance with the project specifications
- Ensures compliance with deadlines and costs
- Proposes to the client, during the project, any changes to objectives (quality, cost, deadline) related to implementation constraints or environmental changes
- Defines and manages the project progress schedule
- Arbitrates the choices to be made based on risk and results
- Establishes all the indicators necessary for monitoring and managing the project, particularly for the evaluation of performance, costs, and deadlines
