**Job description**

The International Sales Representative - French Speaking position is an on-site position for our Budapest office. The position will ensure total customer and vendor satisfaction, which is crucial for maintaining ASC's reputation for quality service. The position offers the potential for financial rewards based on performance metrics, making it an attractive opportunity for motivated individuals. The role requires a proactive approach to sales, including making outbound calls to develop new accounts and using discretion in negotiations to close sales orders while maintaining appropriate business margins. The representative will learn and execute the sales order process, manage a full desk of clients, and adhere to sales metrics and business requirements. Staying informed about market conditions, customer/vendor bases, pricing, and competitive alternatives is essential for success in this position. Additionally, the representative will collaborate with various teams within ASC to ensure comprehensive customer service and enhance sales opportunities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Making outbound calls to prospects and develop new accounts.
- Using discretion and proper discernment in negotiating with the customer to close sales orders while maintaining appropriate business margins.
- Learning and executing the sales order process, running a full desk of clients.
- Maintaining and adhering to appropriate sales metrics and business requirements, including daily phone time and new prospect development.
- Maintaining and improving customer relationships.
- Learning and remaining current on market conditions, including customer/vendor base and their availability and requirements, pricing, and competitive alternatives.
- Developing and implementing strategic sales programs at key accounts.
- Learning and adhering to credit requirements.
- Consistently maintaining and accurately updating the information database.
- Working jointly with Sales team, Commodity Managers, Sales Managers, Order Management, Asset recovery group, ASC's regional offices, and purchasing to ensure full customer service and improve sell-side opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Recent sales experience.
- Professional, creative, and dynamic presence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French. (Bonus points for an additional European language)
- Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels in the organization.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Basic word processing and spreadsheet skills.
- Works well independently and in a team environment.
- Outgoing and motivated personality.
- Great communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Budapest: This is an on-site role. The applicant should be able to relocate to Budapest and commute to our office at 1061 Budapest, Anker köz 2-4, Office 214 every day (Monday to Friday).

Pay: 1,700.00€ - 2,300.00€ per month
