Our 5000 employees worldwide innovate to design, deliver and service high-value solutions for our customers. **About the Role** We are actively seeking a talented and experienced **EMEA Purchasing Manager** to join our dynamic team in Evreux, France. In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our Purchase to Pay (P2P) Team and processes. Your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring the highest quality standards and operational efficiency in our procurement operations. **About Your Responsibilities** As the Supervisor Purchaser, you will play a critical role in our team. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: - Leading the P2P Team to maximize productivity and efficiency in procurement tasks. - Maintaining open lines of communication between staff, management, other supervisors, suppliers and stakeholders. - Assigning and guiding team members in various procurement-related tasks. - Promptly addressing and managing "rush" orders. - Providing clear guidance on company policies and guidelines to the team. - Creating and managing purchase orders, invoices, and maintaining detailed records. - Meticulously monitoring material requisitions, purchase orders, vendor invoices, and receiving slips. - Manage the inventory and E&O of EMEA sites to meet targets. **About You** To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes: - A solid track record of 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience, preferably in industrial environments. - A bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background. - Proficiency in SAP is a must, and experience with HANA reporting is preferred. - Strong communication skills in both English and French, encompassing written and verbal proficiency. - An innate ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers. **About your benefits**: ㅤ - Home office options and flexible working to accommodate all employees - Performance & recognition programs - Bonus structures (depending on company and personal performance) - Family friendly policies - Genuine progression and development opportunities with a global organization - Healthy minds and healthy lives resources - Additional benefits according to SPX schemes in country of your residence **Why SPX FLOW**: SPX FLOW values its employees and is committed to fostering a work environment that encourages creativity, collaboration, and innovation.
