Quality Engineer

CIXI is an active mobility startup developing products ranging from the Vigoz -an active vehicle that can travel up to 120km/h
- to PERS-kit, a pedaling system for u electric bikes use. We want to enable people to be active during their daily trips and reduce their environmental footprint.

By joining us, you'll be part of the quality team responsible for deploying the quality system, monitoring and ensuring the quality of our products leaving the production unit at our local plant.

**Vos missions**:

- Participate in the selection of suppliers (conduct audits, set up PPAP processes) and support them throughout the production process, particularly for the mechanical parts of our products, in order to meet our quality, cost and lead-time targets.
- Define and implement control plans for the different parts of our vehicles.
- Check that our production line is running well (work instructions, operator training, calibrated measurements, isolation of non-conforming parts).
- Deal with any internal, supplier or customer non-conformities
- Define with the team the processes required to obtain ISO9001 certification and ensure the quality of our products:

- Generic processes: quality indicators, internal audits
- Operational quality processes: PPAP process, non-conformity management, definition of internal and supplier quality controls
- R&D-oriented quality processes: change management, traceability of product requirements, configuration management
- Ensure that these quality processes are carried out correctly and drive continuous improvement

**Votre profil**:

- You have a general or quality-oriented engineering degree
- You have initial experience in quality management in an industrial environment, as well as in supplier auditing and support
- You have a good level of English
- You are rigorous and have good organizational skills
- You have good communication skills
