Your mission

The Montpellier agency is recruiting for its hospital site a:
**Hygiene trainer**

Reporting to the Montpellier branch manager, your role is to ensure that hygiene, quality and safety standards are met in line with customer commitments and standards.

Listening to staff to anticipate malfunctions and their solutions

Make sure that agents (ASH, machinists, RSI, etc.) are trained, authorized and capable of carrying out the work.

Ensure that safety instructions, procedures, work instructions and operating methods are complied with,

Welcoming and training new recruits

Manage traceability and ensure compliance

Monitor the following indicators:

- Number of training sessions carried out,
- Rate of people trained,
- Number of procedural checks carried out,
- Rate of people checked,
- Success rate of checks

Keep track of trained personnel

Constant contact with customers (public health nurse and local managers)

Check that equipment and products are correctly listed and make listing requests if necessary

Ensure that the materials and equipment used are in good working order and that periodic inspections have been carried out.

Your assets

With training in quality and hygiene, you will ideally have already worked in the hospital sector and be familiar with its specific features (standards, regulations, etc.).

You are recognized for your interpersonal, leadership and teaching skills. You are autonomous, organized, and able to work cross-functionally with numerous internal and external players. You have a good command of office automation tools.
