Reporting to the EMEA Legal & Compliance Director, you will act as a business partner and you will be called upon to intervene on various assignments in contract law and business law.
Main responsibilies:
- Drafting and negotiation of all types of commercial contracts (Retail /distribution contracts, partnerships, provision of services, etc.)
- Dedicated contact person for the Purchasing Department in the context of annual commercial negotiations with suppliers (GTC, annual agreements, etc.);
- Operational and strategic advice for all types of projects in terms of distribution law, contracts, competition and consumption
- Securing the launches of services and communication campaigns (research of anteriorities; validation of communication media, etc.);
- Implementation of internal procedures, models and legal training in your areas of intervention;
- Management of the intern of the department
**Key Requirements**:
- Higher legal education and postgraduate specialization in Business Law (type Master 2 in business law)
- You have significant experience (minimum 8 years) acquired within a legal department, ideally in an international group in Retail/ distribution sector. Experience in the legal department of a department store would be appreciated.
- You have solid knowledge of retail/ distribution law, and more generally of contract law and business law.
- You are autonomous and rigorous. You are recognized for your team spirit, your interpersonal skills, and your sense of customer service. Spirit of synthesis, reactivity and strong capacity for investment are essential.
- You must master fluent legal French + English (oral and written).
