**Missions**:
Notre Direction de la Conformité Réglementaire recherche un Risk Manager dans le cadre d’une création de poste.

Au sein du département Sécurité Opérationnelle, votre rôle sera d’analyser en amont les process mis à disposition par nos clients donneurs d’ordre afin de détecter les éventuels risques financiers.

A ce titre, vos principales missions seront les suivantes:

- **Analyser les process **de traitement de services par activité, avec l’aide des parties prenantes (opérations / commerce / supports) afin de détecter les éventuels risques de fraude ;
- **Etablir la cartographie** des risques identifiés par client donneur d’ordre ;
- **Déterminer les contrôles** à mettre en place afin d’éviter tout détournement des process de traitements ;
- **Préparer les rapports d’audits** à transmettre aux nouveaux clients donneurs d’ordre.

**Profil**:
Vous disposez idéalement d’une **expérience en analyse de risques** et souhaitez développer vos compétences dans ce domaine.

Votre **adaptabilité relationnelle **et votre **pouvoir de conviction** vous permettront de tisser des liens solides avec vos interlocuteurs internes et externes et d’assoir votre légitimité.

A l’aise dans la rédaction, vous faites **preuve de clarté et de pédagogie** dans le partage des informations.

Vos capacités d**’analyse** et de **réflexion** ainsi que votre **rigueur** seront les clés de notre réussite commune.

Vous êtes **attentif à votre environnement** et reconnu pour votre **curiosité intellectuelle**.

Compte tenu du contexte international dans lequel ce poste s’inscrit, **des déplacements réguliers à l’étranger **sont à prévoir.

Par conséquent, la **maitrise courante de l’anglais **à l’oral comme à l’écrit est un prérequis.
