**Apprentice - Project Management Officer (F/M)**

Join Nexans as an Project Management Officer in La Défense**- This Entity is strongly involved in the digital transformation program that is led by the corporate industrial team with the partnership of Schneider Electrics. This program is strongly depending on the need of different IT/IS which is requiring the need of project management on the work package IT/OT- Purpose:
- Support the IS Domain Manager Manufacturing & Supply chain on the IS/IT activities required to integrate new plants into the digital transformation defined solutions.- Responsibilities And Tasks:
- In relation with all the NEXANS IS/IT Teams (World Wide), He / she will be in charge of:
- To follow-up and coordinate the IS/IT prerequisites and solution integration with the different stakeholders
- Contribute to the follow-up meeting with the project team (Industrial/Schneider)
- Monitor and coordinate activities on IT/IS and OT side as enabler for the industrial solution
- integration- Consolidate and update the needed project documentation
- Guarantee the functioning and the coherence of components
- Ensure that the group policies (norms, standards and security) are applied
- Conduct risk assessments with different stakeholders in case additional risk would be detected due to non-compliancy on the group policies
- Ensure transition support to RUN with a focus on continuous improvement and knowledge management
- Maintain the Service Catalog for the industrial IS Applications
- Contribute to the improvement of services
- Expected results:
- Project management support on the IT/OT work package - Project status follow-up and guidance
- Documentation and metrics for project execution
- Transition support
