Performance Strategist

Kitman Labs’ advanced Outcome-driven Analytics and Performance Intelligence Platform are used by over 700 teams in 50 leagues on 6 continents spanning soccer, rugby, American football, basketball and ice hockey.

We are seeking a senior level practitioner with commercial experience to be based in Southern or Central Europe to join our Performance Strategy Team.

Focused on maintaining and growing the business within our current customer base, this is a high impact role - both internally and externally - working toward our customers’ success, providing an unbelievable experience for our customers, driving practitioner-led innovation, and increasing the excitement about our solutions in the market.

Our Performance Strategists work with a variety of different roles with our customers - from front office through all back office departments, first teams and academies - and are the voice of the customer to all departments within Kitman Labs. This is a unique opportunity to use your deep experience in high performance and commerce to have a positive impact with a large number of teams and be a part of developing the next generation of high performance best practices and solutions.

**We will expect you to**:

- Design and deliver a strategy to maintain and grow the business across a number of our customers in Southern and Central Europe
- Work alongside our finance and revenue operations teams, to own all commercial conversations with our partners in Southern and Central Europe
- Work directly with elite teams and academies to understand their goals, identify performance objectives and challenges, and define solutions and align our team and the customer team around a success plan
- Run quarterly success plan reviews with all customers
- Work with Kitman Labs Applied Performance Specialist team to ensure that we execute on the mutual success plan
- Help drive practitioner led innovation in the company and represent the voice of the practitioner in the roadmap and product feedback process
- Prioritise performance & research questions for analysis with Kitman Labs data science team and deliver the findings of this analysis
- Support our Account Executive team as the Performance Expert on new partnership opportunities
- Be a spokesperson for Kitman Labs via and at internal and external events

**This might be the right role for you if you have**:

- Fluency in English & French & Spanish
- An ability to take a strategic approach to planning how all departments within an elite sporting organisation can contribute to success through alignment around a common goal
- The ability to translate a strategic plan into a set of deliverables
- Run a technical, performance and/or medical department
- Have an appreciation for the commercial side of business (either within or outside of sports organisations)
- A track record of working closely with senior stakeholders in elite sporting organisations
- Leadership skills
- Communication and presentation skills
- 10+ years working with Elite Sporting Organisations. Experience with football organisations is preferable, but not mandatory
- 5+ years as Head of Department within one of the roles outlined above
