Job Summary
The Program Manager serves as the primary liaison between all client contacts and internal stakeholders involved in driving successful implementation and transition of new projects and change management in existing projects.
The Program Manager is accountable for managing client expectations, establishing key client relationships at the project and strategic levels, and supervising all services in scope of the transition, implementation or change management.

The Program Manager must be able to manage complex business situations, plan, schedule, and monitor multiple activities in a fast-paced and fluid environment as well as get things done.
Principal Responsibilities: (Essential Function)
Participate in all activities related to planning of potential new clients' onboarding by developing comprehensive transition plans
Contribute to transition and implementation discussions with client and internal stakeholders prior and post contract signing
The program manager is in charge of leading new projects implementation including but not limited to the below responsibilities:
Create and maintain detailed project plan and corresponding documentation
Schedule and lead all project planning and review sessions with client and internal stakeholders
Assess and raise any events likely to impact the designed project plans and result in delays
Collaborate with internal teams to identify effective solutions to realized risk and new issues arising during the project implementation
Support the client and the internal teams post completion of the implementation phase and during the defined hypercare phase
Apart from new projects implementations, the Program manager also leads change management initiatives as identified necessary among the various projects. Such scenarios may include new scope implementation, transformation initiatives, major service improvement plans or other based on the objectives of the projects defined.
The Program manager ensures the designed project plans meet Client’s expectations and are in line with the defined Service Level Agreements;
Provide regular measurement of the effectiveness of all project related activities
Drive Process Improvement initiatives to enhance effectiveness of the initiatives, as applicable;
Ensure Client satisfaction on all Ongoing projects provided to client;
Ensure client is a positive reference for transition and implementation experience
Ensure the timely delivery of all contracted deliverable within the span if the new service implementation or the change management;
Act as client’s point of contact for additional requests that may arise during the executio
