SOPHiA GENETICS is looking for a **Data Management Intern** to join the Clinical Operations (ClinOps) Team to support activities related to multimodal projects leveraging on the aggregation of clinical, biological, imaging and genomics data.

Combining high-quality data for each individual to generate multimodal insights, SOPHiA GENETICS harnesses the power of advanced AI and machine learning models.

You will gain and benefit from experience in clinical study management across a wide range of trainings and activities involvement (regulatory, data management, biostatistics, legal, quality, finance, etc).

**Your main missions**:

- Complete appropriate protocol and clinical research training to perform job duties
- Support the data manager to perform the remote monitoring activities for the ongoing “SOPHiA DEEP-Lung-IV” clinical study (Deep Learning-Enabled Exploration of Predictive Signatures in a Multicenter Retrospective and Prospective Observational Study Allowing the Analysis of the Aggregation of Multimodal Clinical, Biological, Genomic and Radiomics Data Associated With the Response to Treatment and Prognosis of Patients With Stage IV Non-small Cell Lung Cancer):

- Central & medical review process management: report edition, review and consistency check of clinical and biological data entered in the eCRF, ensure the traceability of the whole process
- eCRF data completion follow-up: updates and sending out of related reports both internally and externally
- Query generation and management
- Provide support for eCRF platform management: eCRF platform maintenance aligned with protocol amendments and related study documentation; eCRF accesses management
- Provide support for the upcoming interim analysis of the study
- Work transversally with internal teams: data sciences and radiomics for process coordination
- Provide general insights and support for task automation and process optimization (central review process, monitoring tool, etc.)
- Support other Clinical Operations or medical initiatives, as per needs and interest

**Requirements**:

- Student in Master (1 or 2) in pharmaceutical sciences or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Clinical Research, ICH-GCP is preferable
- **French & English Fluent mandatory.**:

- Good level on Microsoft Tools (Excel especially)
- Knowledge in programming and data management automation (VBA would be a plus)
- Proactive, motivated and flexible in approach
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to details
- Capacity to prioritize, well-organised and able to multitasks
