Aerospace Export Control Coordinator

As **Export Control Coordinator M/W,** you will have to monitor, analyze export data as well as identify problems and implement the necessary corrective actions.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Assessing the SBU’s export control risks
- Creating and maintaining SOPs covering export compliance responsibilities for the business
- Report all violations to the Global Export Control department
- Ensure that all client activity reports are up-to-date and available for audit purposes
- Take ownership for training him(her)self to PPG export compliance policy
- Ensure that all documents regard export compliance are kept in accordance with PPG policy and as required by French, European regulations
- Participate to external audit (French MOD) and realize internal audit
- Advise all employees of the importance to respect export control rules and organize training

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in logistics.
- Professional English and French are required.
- 1 year of experience in the similar position good knowledge of export rules and standards.
- To succeed in this position, it is important to know how to work with autonomy and responsiveness.
- Ability to work with high attention to details and to follow the rules.
- Experience working with French MOD.
