The client service Middle officer supports senior bankers for the administrative/operational aspects of the clients relationships.

**Bookings**

Ensures smooth closing, signing and funding of all transaction has a global understanding of the internal operations of the bank and of all procedures, rules and regulations.

Understands the Bank portfolio in terms of what has to be completed and by when.

Is the contact point of all teams, whether internally in Paris or teams from other branches.

Supports and coordinates all discussions with Client or Agents, third party banks, RMs, Product teams Legal, Tax, Compliance, Treasury, Middle Office, Risk Control, Loan Participations (Back office), until the signing and funding of the transactions, whether syndicated or bilateral

.Reviews loan documentation from internal procedure perspective
- Supports and coordinates all discussions about waivers
- Prepares the Loan Detail Sheets (summary of transactions) to be passed to the Middle Office, who will control before inputting credit lines into the bank's systems.
- Communicates with Paris Finance about correct monthly reporting on P/L and B/S
- Follows up of the Pipeline of transactions that need to be booked in the Paris Branch
- May coordinates some specific projects

**Services to the clients**
- Supports the global administrative tasks to service the clients' needs and requirements during the life of the transactions: support to the KYC team, opening and follow up of current accounts, support to the implementation of cash management systems
- supports to the bankers in managing various administrative communications with the client (signing of Consent letters, etc. )
- manages the on-boarding of FX lines (gathering of various forms, EMIR registration etc.)
- manages clients POA and registrations of original documents in the bank's safe

**Job profile**

Minimum Bac+5

Min 5 years of experience in a bank or financial institution in a middle office or agency team

Good knowledge of syndicated loans, structured products

Habit to work with Large compagnies (CAC 40)

Excellent rigor and attention to details and good understanding of the operations, the internal processes and procedures, banking regulations

Team work

English and French fluent
