For an International Textile Group with a worldwide presence working for the main luxury brands we are searching the Chief CSR Officer based in Paris.
He/She guarantee the deployment of the Group Policy and the consistency with all local actions and development plans by defining the BU’s roadmap and guidelines for the different entities and coordinating management of actions plans in terms of environmental and social issues to support business, brand and reputations goals.
Main Missions:
Contributes to the definition and choice of the Group's CSR policy priorities and ensures their implementation and adaptation to the BU's strategy
Ensures the deployment of action plans and the control of risks in the various entities and pilots the inherent transformation in close collaboration with the HR teams
Contributes to business development and the activation of sustainable development levers in the context of relations with customers, suppliers, funders and BU's partners
Main skills required to hold the position:
- Very good analytical skills and proactive attitude.
- Ability to anticipate.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Team player and able to build effective working relationships with all stakeholders.
- Able to work under pressure, with ability to provide solutions and to manage risks effectively.
- With a Bac+5 training in a business school or engineering school, you have 5 years of experience either in supporting non-financial reporting & audit and/or in the design of impactful programs.
- Textile background is a must.
- Based in: Paris
