You join the Strategic Sector Advisory team as an Analyst / Associate - Corporate Finance Advisory. This team plays a key role in Natixis origination of strategic advisory and structured financing opportunities (debt/equity/M&A) in the Telecom & Technologies, Energy Transition & Natural Resources sectors, and Transport & Environment.

Your daily tasks are:

- Prepare background work: market analysis, information gathering and financial analysis ;
- Carry out various technical activities: benchmarking analysis, Modelling, evaluation, analysis of capital and credit structure ;
- Preparing presentations and reports ;
- Maintaining internal databases (project files, backlog data, evaluation benchmarks and various sector information) ;
- Assist in the execution of debt advisory and M&A assignments ;
- Assist in the recruitment of trainees and monitor their work.

As an Analyst / Associate, you participate in the origination and, where appropriate, execution of tasks, gathering relevant research and preparing financial analyses and marketing documents (presentations, position notes, etc.).

**Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience**:

You have a higher education and at least 3 years of experience in similar positions within banks or consulting firms.

You are proficient:

- Financial analysis and modelling;
- Valuation techniques;
- Research, including sectoral databases, brokers, news, etc.;
- The Office package and specialized financial tools (Bloomberg, Mergermarket, Thomson Reuters, S&P Capital IQ, TowerXchange, etc.).

You have an excellent relationship, a very good listening ability, you are:

- Autonomous and proactive;
- Has excellent presentation and communication skills in both oral and written English;
- Dedicated and motivated, able to manage important responsibilities and carry out several missions within short deadlines.

You are fluent in English with a B2 level.
