Sodexo Live est la marque mondiale du groupe Sodexo spécialisée dans la restauration et l’hospitalité pour le sport, les loisirs et l’événementiel.
Tout au long de l’année, nos équipes délivrent un service structuré sur des sites variés, du quotidien aux grands rendez-vous sportifs.
Pendant les Internationaux de France de Tennis, plus de 1600 collaborateurs interviennent sur 40 points de restauration et préparent chaque jour plus de 11 000 repas, de la vente à emporter à l’hospitalité, jusqu’à la restauration des joueurs.
Pendant trois semaines intenses, chaque détail compte pour garantir une organisation lisible, fluide et maîtrisée.

**Quelles seront vos principales missions ?**
- Piloter l’ensemble des dispositifs événementiels, de la préparation à la clôture.
- Organiser les événements et en assurer la mise en œuvre opérationnelle.
- Encadrer et coordonner les Assistant event manager, fixer les priorités et arbitrer les sujets terrain.
- Analyser devis et cahiers des charges, puis les traduire en plans d’action clairs.
- Superviser la mise en place des espaces, l’accueil, la restauration et la logistique.
- Garantir la cohérence des prestations et le respect des standards et engagements clients.
- Être présent sur le terrain pour gérer l’exécution et les imprévus.
- Centraliser les informations clés et assurer le lien avec la direction.
- Conduire les debriefs et préparer les opérations suivantes.

- Contrat : CDI
- Rémunération : 2 800 € brut mensuels
- Statut : Agent de maîtrise
- Durée hebdomadaire : 39h

- Vous transformez un devis en plan d’action opérationnel
- Vous êtes structuré, organisé et prenez des décisions rapides en contexte événementiel
- Vous coordonnez et pilotez tout en restant présent sur le terrain
