- 5+ years of specific Microsoft technology domain areas (e.g. AD, Exchange, SQL, Windows Server, Licensing, etc.) experience, 5+ years of customer facing experiences
- Experience architecting or deploying Cloud/Virtualization solutions for migration and modernization
- Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations
- Fluent communication in French and English

Do you like finding innovate ways to solve technical problems and learning how some of the largest enterprises build their architectures?
As a Senior Solutions Architect for the Microsoft technology stack you will help customers accelerate their adoption of AWS, and analyzing the technical aspects of building and migrating to AWS. You will also play a key role in working with the AWS Service Teams to help them build the best cloud services on Earth. You will create content and speak publicly about the amazing things that our customers are doing on AWS. Additionally, you will engage with other Solutions Architects and the wider field of technology experts to bring your experience and expertise so they can better support our customers.
Key job responsibilities
- Educate customers on the value proposition of AWS, and participate in deep architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment in the cloud
- Conduct one-to-one and one-to-few training sessions to transfer knowledge to customers considering or already using AWS
- Capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst the AWS solutions architect community
- Author or otherwise contribute to AWS customer-facing publications such as whitepapers, blogs, and technical guides
- Build deep relationships with senior technical individuals within customers to enable them to be cloud advocates
- Act as a technical liaison between customers, partners, service engineering teams and support
- Experience architecting/operating solutions built on AWS
- Experience migrating or modernizing legacy customer solutions based on Microsoft platform to the cloud
- 5+ years of technology/software sales experience
- Knowledge of software development tools and methodologies
- Knowledge of cloud services, cloud native design and/or cloud implementation experience
- AWS Solution Architecture certification or relevant cloud expertise
