**Position overview**
As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and self-driven Analog Design Engineer to contribute to our exciting journey.
You will be joining an international and multicultural team committed to excellence and innovation. The position is open in Grenoble.
We are looking for an Analog Design Engineer with at least 5 years of experience to play a key role in the design and development of our advanced memory technology. You will be involved in all aspects of the analog design process, from concept to validation, and responsible for the design of analog circuits.
**Main missions**
- Propose analog architecture to ensure high-quality functionality and enhance performances. Take initiative in exploring new design approaches and solutions.
- Commit to delivering high-quality design compliant with the specifications.
- Work closely with the technology and layout teams to ensure robust and efficient implementation of designs.
- Utilize and master industry-standard design tools and methodologies.
- Generate clear and concise reports on design progress and results.
- Collaborate effectively within an international team environment.
- Contribute to the definition of product specifications and testing strategies.
- Mentor junior designers.
**Expected Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of **5 years of hands-on experience in analog integrated circuit design**.
- Solid understanding of fundamental analog design principles, including amplifiers, oscillators, voltage references, and data converters.
- Proficiency in using industry-standard EDA tools for simulation and layout (e.g., Cadence, Synopsys).
- Proficiency in mismatch and corner validation of analog circuits.
- Experience with memory circuits or non-volatile memory technologies is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to produce clear and concise reports.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and work effectively within a team.

**Conditions**
Permanent contract under annual working package 218 days (Syntec collective bargaining agreement), advantageous health insurance, lunch vouchers (11.80€/day), part-time remote work possible
