**Tikehau Capital Graduate Program** helps build a valuable professional career boost.
Selected Graduate Analysts are chosen to pass several rotations between different teams to broaden their scope of work, discover Company’s operations in depth and gain crucial applicable skills for their career.
The Graduate Program consists of 3 rotations of 6 months each (18 months total), with the first one being held in the final integration team (the one you see in the announce).
We aim to give our Graduate Analysts a visible learning curve, exposure, and internal network opportunities.
**MISSIONS**:
Reporting to one of the Associate, you will join “Modelling & Performance” team within “Funds Operations” in charge of reporting and controlling across all Business Units/Asset Classes. With a specific focus on Private Debt Business Unit, your daily tasks will cover:
Performance Monitoring
- Contribute to Fund modelling (notably Cash Flow forecast, Performance attribution analysis, sensitivities )
- Monitor Investment Performance (notably coordinate Quarterly Key Performance Indicators and Fund Performance Dashboard production)
- Monitor Business Units Activity in conjunction with the Tikehau Finance team (notably coordinate Quarterly Dashboards on Funds Activity including capital raising, investment, divestment, number of entities )
Project Management
- Contribute to reporting automatization and digitalization in cooperation with IT and Data Management teams
- Contribute to Data Management monitoring data dashboards and contributing to maintaining completion and quality of data
Business Development
- Contribute to the production of reporting and analysis required for due diligence of potential investors in cooperation with several other teams (Business Development, ISG, Fund Structuring, Sales, Client Services )
- Monitoring of investment capacities of the funds “dry-powder” to contribute to the allocation of new investments

**PROFILE**:
- Analytical skills / Ability to synthesize
- Eager to learn / Asset Management Business knowledge is a plus
- Strong experience with Excel - knowledge of coding an advantage
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Fluency in English / second European language an advantage
