**Giovanni Le Borgne, consultant au sein du cabinet de recrutement Fed IT, recrute pour son client son ou sa prochaine Master Data Specialist en CDI.**
**Votre fonction**:
Vous avez la charge d’assurer la parfaite tenue et le suivi de l’ensemble du scope master data de la région EMEA selon le plan d’action établi, qui inclut notamment:

- Créer et mettre à jour des données clients et fournisseurs : ce process comprend tout le cycle de vie de la donnée, de la demande initiale des collaborateurs jusqu’au contrôle de la conformité des données financières
- Accompagner les utilisateurs à la compréhension et à l’adhésion des process master data
- S’assurer de la disponibilité de l’exhaustivité des supports Master Data : procédures et formations
- Interagir avec les BPO Finances afin que les activités et l’agenda soient toujours alignés avec les

implémentations et déploiements SAP et outils connexes
- Veiller au respect de l’engagement du service (SLA) vis-à-vis des collaborateurs, participer à la mise en place et à l’amélioration des procédures

**Votre profil**:

- Vous disposez d’un Bac + 3 ou équivalent en en comptabilité, finance, administration des affaires ou

domaine connexe
- Vous avez au moins 3 ans d'expérience en gestion de base de données et avez déjà pu gérer une migration des données clients et fournisseurs
- Vous disposez d’une expérience de travail dans un environnement de centres de services partagés
- Vous êtes familier des outils de ticketing et respectueux des délais
- Vous maîtrisez les outils Excel, Word, Powerpoint ainsi qu’un ERP (idéalement SAP)
- Anglais courant
