Notre client est une banque commerciale et d'investissement néerlandaise.

**suivantes**:
Participer à la structuration et au suivi des véhicules UCITS et alternatifs, existants et à venir, de droit luxembourgeois, français, néerlandais et autres juridictions

Mise en place de nouveaux gérants et maintenance de la base contractuelle existante (négociation des contrats de délégation, de conseil et d’exclusivité)

Mise en place des contrats liés aux produits dérivés (ETD et OTC, ISDA, CSA, Pledge ).

Participation à la négociation des contrats de distribution et de dissémination de données: contrats de distribution, de plateformes de distribution, dissémination de données auprès des Data Vendor et accords de partenariat.

Participation et négociation contractuelle des projets transverses (IT, organisationnels, transitions).

Centralisation, coordination et suivi des sujets, négociations juridiques générales.

Bac+ 4/5 en Finance de Marchés ou Juridique 5/10 ans d’experience en tant que juriste au sein d’un établissement financier incluant idéalement une première expérience en Cabinet d’Avocats. Niveau de rémunération : autour de 80Ke par an (Estimation faite par cabinet) Avantages : Mutuelle, Tickets restaurants, participation, intéressement,...)
