**Reporting to the local Head of Asset Management in France, the Asset Manager is responsible for enhancing the returns of the properties/portfolios he/she manages through sustainable strategies and by leveraging on unique PATRIZIA’s capabilities.**:

**Main responsibilities consist in**:

- ** Driving the identification and realisation of value creation initiatives to translate funds’ strategy and objectives into an annual business plan with a focus on sustainable value (including an ESG action plan) and performance**:

- ** Maintaining an up to date understanding of real estate market sectors, cycles, regulations, and key performance drivers**:

- ** Collecting and analysing all relevant and updated data / documentation at asset level (technical, legal, tax and commercial data)**:

- ** Monitoring the asset planning (revenues, opex and capex) in coordination with the property managers or asset operators, adopting the systems/softwares of PATRIZIA**:

- ** Monitoring asset KPI’s and contributing to reporting to the investors**:

- ** Implementing the marketing and letting strategy, performing all negotiations and agreements with the related parties including contract renewals with existing tenants**:

- ** Managing leasing agents, property managers, project managers and other service providers**:

- ** Monitoring repurposing, refurbishment or development programs coordinating with internal and/or external development experts**:

- ** Supervising tenancy issues, claims and potential lawsuits with legal advisors**:

- ** Leveraging on PATRIZIA’s Technology and Innovation team to enhance the services and the value of the managed asset/portfolio**:

- ** Coordinating with internal stakeholders (Fund Managers, Fund Finance Managers, Middle Officers, Legal Managers, etc)**:

- ** Reviewing and challenging external valuations**:

- ** Supporting acquisitions and sales through review of business plan and underwriting assumptions**:

- **_ What we look for:_**:

- Education:

- Degree in real estate management, financial management or economics
- Experience:

- Minimum of 5 years successful experience in the Real Estate industry as asset or investment manager
- Excellent knowledge of French property markets
- Understanding of financial practices applied to real estate
- Experience in managing value add operations including repurposing/redeveloping assets
- Soft Skills:

- Strong analytical skills and synthesis capacity combined with a sound understanding of business
- Creative thinking, capability to develop innovative solutions
- Autonomous, initiative and result driven culture
- Team player, accomplished interpersonal skills, ability to work efficiently in a team in an international and matrix environment
- Excellent verbal and written communications and presentation skills
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint capabilities
- Fluent in French and English
