**Your role & mis**sion****:

- Ensuring that HSE guidelines are applied and that they are rolled out operationally, optimizing performance, at the Grenoble production site._

**Your main responsibilities**:

- Contribute to the definition of objectives and the annual action plan for the prevention of environmental, health and safety risks
- Auditing the company's internal organization and recommending actions for improvement
- Conduct a review of the various HSE processes to be implemented in conjunction with management and operations
- Participate in risk analyses for products and projects
- Participate in the definition of appropriate EHS training in coordination with the HR department
- Contribute to the implementation or maintenance of certifications (ISO 45001, 14 001)
- Implement continuous improvement methodology and processes within the framework of existing EHS standards (8D report)
- Act as an advisor during the operation, commissioning and maintenance phases in terms of EHS, be the key contact point in case of local crisis management
- Monitor regulations, propose and implement actions to ensure compliance with EHS laws and regulations
- Ensure that all regulatory reporting requirements are in place and that appropriate action plans are defined and implemented
- Coordinate the reporting, completion of reports / RCA (root cause analysis), and follow-up of corrective actions for all near misses, incidents, work related accidents. Prepare the necessary upward and downward communication to raise awareness and improve the safety culture
- Act as an advisor/support in all matters related to EHS compliance and maintain professional relationships with authorities
- Organize and lead regular EHS prevention actions for the perimeter (1/4-hour safety, EHS training, emergency safety exercises,...)

**Your Profile**:

- BAC+5 with EHS specialization with a technical/industrial orientation
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in EHS in a company with a mature EHS culture in an industrial environment (Oil & Gas, IPCE, Seveso...)
- Mastery of risk and accident analysis methodologies (root cause analysis...) and other EHS tools and methodologies
- Mastery of the directives, norms and standards of the machine and plant construction industry
- Fluency in French and English, German and/or Italian would be a plus
- Very strong safety culturr
- Ability to establish priorities and anticipate risks in the activity
- Pragmatism, problem-solving and result-oriented
- Service-minded, educational/collaborative approach

- Full time position
- Compensation & Benefits: package with a fixe salary and a bonus
- Lunch vouchers (9€ per day, 60% covered by McPhy)
- 75% reimbursement of public transport
- Reimbursement of bicycle kilometres travelled between home and work (40 cts per kilometers with 300€ limitation per year)
