**Job Description Summary**

We are looking for a dynamic and talented apprentice to join our quality team at Grid Solutions in Paris (M9 Pont de Sèvre). Working within a Project division (Grid Systems Integration) you will be supporting the European Quality Leader to improve customer experience and quality of our deliverables.

You will learn about how to manage Quality within projects, Supplier Quality and Customer Experience. You will support the management of non
- quality, the improvement plan. You will help identifying needs for Dashboards, improved communication with stakeholders to foster collaboration.

**Responsibilities will include**

Coordination and Management of the Non-conformity and Customer surveys

Animate a Lessons Learned network & operating rhythm

Analysis of existing data, get to root cause and propose improvement on processes and tools utilization by the Quality Team

Coordinate regular meetings and support follow up on agreed action plan

Improvement and development of data analysis to help the region’s improvement

Actively participate and contribute to Continuous Improvement

**Essential Criteria**

Fluency in spoken and written English is essential.

Preparation for a master degree, Engineering degree is a plus

Competency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment or independently on multiple projects respecting completion deadlines

Good writing skills, accuracy and an eye for detail

Strong Analytical Skills

**Desirable Criteria**

Confident at programming in excel, access and managing or developing databases/macros

Drive to develop a quality culture

**Contract information**

Master degree prepared

Duration : 1 or 2 years
