**ABOUT THE ROLE**: As Product Designer at Elfie, you are directly contributing to saving lives by creating intuitive, engaging digital experiences that make health tracking simple and motivating. Our vision is to become the world's largest self-reported medical record platform, supporting all therapeutic areas in a single, gamified, and free app for maximum impact. We have a footprint in 7 countries (Brazil, France, United Kingdom, Turkey, Egypt, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Vietnam), growing to 12 by the end of 2024 and 25 by the end of 2025. **How do we monetize?** We have 2 independent yet synergic business models: - **Insurers and employers**: Elfie premium version (aka ElfieWorks) is an employee health program sponsored by employers and insurers. These companies need employees to stay in good health and engaged to increase productivity and keep ever-increasing healthcare costs under control. ElfieWorks is designed and distributed in partnership with a global insurance broker and partner insurers. **What is our culture?** We have one single NorthStar at Elfie: maximising global health impact.
