Make a huge impact at Dailymotion by joining our team as a Machine Learning Engineer. You will be responsible for building models and making data-driven decisions that shape the future experience of all Dailymotion viewers. **You will**: - Work on data science challenges related to monetization optimization by leveraging petabytes of video, audience engagement, and advertising data to improve both revenue performance and user experience. - Contribute to and improve our existing machine learning models. - Design robust and accurate new models. - Work closely and collaboratively with different teams throughout the full cycle of model development: - Definition of success metrics with stakeholders- Data collection and hypothesis selection with the support of the Data Analysts team- Machine learning experiments (feature engineering, model selection, offline validation, and A/B testing)- Deployment, orchestration, and maintenance on managed cloud platforms with the Data Engineering team - Contribute to and promote good software engineering practices across the Machine Learning team. **Qualifications** - Some years of professional experience working with machine learning models and building ML pipelines (experience in the AdTech industry is a plus). - Strong expertise in machine learning and ability to explain theoretical concepts clearly. - Strong coding skills in Python & SQL. - Proven experience building production ML systems and familiarity with the related technical stack (GitHub, GCP/AWS/Azure, Docker & Airflow). - Experience with distributed frameworks is a big plus (Dataflow, Spark ). - Solid business sense and great communication skills in both English and French (fluent proficiency). - Autonomy and proactivity are key for this position. **Additional Information** Location: Flex Office in Issy Les Moulineaux Start Date: depending on your availabilities Contract Type: Permanent Want to learn more about us: - New-York office - BuiltIn - Offices in France - Welcome to the Jungle - Our articles For the France offices: Saving Plan Canal + Paternity leave or Coparental leave extended ️ Living Employee Culture (Events/Trainings/Parties/All hands, ) Career development support (training/internal mobility/compensation cycle/360 feedback review) High-end Health Insurance and Personal Services Vouchers (CESU) - ️ Paid Time off - RTT and Saving time plan (CET) Meal Vouchers - Public Transport and Bike refund European Economic and Social Committee (sport membership/cinemas vouchers/gift vouchers/discount) - Fitness Subscription thanks to our partnership with Gymlib
