CZ-TL is part of Automotive Analog organization, a team of 16 engineers and technicians supporting mainly DES, and APS product lines. We are providing the test infrastructure (test floor) and stress infrastructure (reliability lab) for the development of new products and technologies.
We are looking for a technician that will manage the reliability operations.
**The Mission - Reliability Lab**:
Organize and execute pre-qual and engineering activities.
Manage operational priorities and maximize operational throughput.
Characterize and solve equipment, process and product setup issues.
**Process and equipment knowledge about**:
TC, LTS, HTSL, PRECOND, PROFIL REFLOW, HAST, UHST, THS, THB, ELFR WAKEFIELDS & CCHV1, HTOL WAKEFIELDS & CCHV1, ESD CDM ORION 3, ESD HBM MK2, ESD LU MK2, CSAM, WAKEFIELDS, CCHV1.
Manage all ESD controls for the lab.
Do the technical reporting for key processes.
**Key Competences Required**:
Strong organizational skills and multitasking are key for successfully run operations on many different equipment following different processes.
This job requires a high level autonomy
Technical level to troubleshoot incidents at equipment, setup, product, process level.
