**Description du poste**:
En collaboration avec notre Head of Communication et notre Social Media Manager, tu élaboreras et mettras en œuvre la stratégie de communication de Ray studios à travers ses volets stratégie éditoriale, création de contenu et réalisation de campagnes.

**Tes missions**:

- Savoir s’emparer et transcender des sujets et des thématiques à travers des formats vivants, originaux, actuels et impactants
- Écrire, réaliser et monter des vidéos performantes et adaptées aux différentes plateformes (en priorité Tik Tok, Instagram & Youtube Shorts)
- Optimiser les formats en analysant les résultats obtenus (créativité drivée par la data)
- Développer des process de production agiles et optimisés afin d’assurer la qualité et la cohérence des contenus dans le temps
- Se passionner pour les dernières tendances en matière de dynamiques de contenu, de communautés et d’influence
- Être force de proposition et en mesure d’imposer un style, une écriture et/ou une sensibilité artistique à tes créations

**Profil recherché**:

- Tu veux jouer un rôle concret dans une stratégie de communication. Tu veux créer et pas seulement exécuter
- Tu as une première expérience en création de contenu vidéo. Tu peux d’ailleurs nous envoyer des exemples dès maintenant.
- Tu as une vraie connaissance et une sensibilité sincère pour les réseaux sociaux et leurs codes. Tu es d’ailleurs actif sur une ou plusieurs plateformes
- Tu es créatif. Tu n’as pas peur d’expérimenter. Tu as confiance en tes idées. Tu n’hésites pas à les exprimer et à les défendre.
- Tu ne peux pas t'empêcher d’essayer les dernières innovations en matière de création. Tu te formes d’ailleurs souvent par toi-même à l’aide de tutos.

Rémunération : 1 000,00€ à 1 200,00€ par mois
