On-site Qhse Supervisor

We are looking for an **On-site QHSE Supervisor **for one of our clients with the following details:
**Location: Creutzwald, France**

**Estimated Start Date: March 2025**

**Contract Duration : 32 months**

Qualification and Experience Required:

- Significant field experience on construction sites ideally related to the theme of renewable energies.
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to the QHSE field and strong QHSE skills, particularly in risk analysis.
- Very good interpersonal skills, pedagogical qualities to set up a continuous improvement approach.
- Responsiveness, priority management taking into account daily actions and their degree of urgency.
- Autonomy and rigor.
- Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Fluency in French and a foreign language - at least English is necessary to communicate with foreign teams on secondment.
- Language: French, written and spoken

Missions:

- Submit a weekly report to the company (Construction Manager and QHSE Coordinator) on the state of play of the site (current activity, significant event, discrepancy, etc.). This report makes it possible to manage the progress of actions resulting from QHSE tools.
- Participate in QHSE meetings (Monthly coordination of supervisors, incident analysis, etc...)
- Be a source of proposals for the improvement of QHSE aspects on site.
- Specific missions (to be completed according to the specificities of the site and the time allocated to the mission)
- Intervention on a SEVESO site: Participation in coordination meetings / Drafting of day work permits
- Quality control: Adequacy of subcontractors' QAPs with the field activity / Control of calibration certificates

Available:

- The deliverables expected when carrying out a QHSE supervision mission are the following (at least):

- 1 Safety Green Light per company present on site each week.
- 1 Weekly report on HSE events.
- 1 Remote site and site compliance checklist for the arrival on site of each lot (company).
- 1 Emergency Exercise (Environment or Security) per month.
- Systematic Life Saving Check for excavation work and lifting of workstations + during life-threatening operations.
