**Position Overview**: We are looking for an energetic and positive person to support our Account Managers by being the initial point of contact for our customers. You will gather details as to what the customer is needing and will be able to provide information on our products and services. After this is complete you will be responsible for connecting the customer with their assigned Account Manager and successfully transferring the information you have gathered to that Account Manager. As the initial point of contact, this role is key in ensuring a positive customer experience from beginning to end.

Daily tasks will also include keeping the showroom organized and fully stocked, updating displays on the showroom floor, and processing sales transaction that do not require an Account Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Customer Service**: Greeting customers, answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing product recommendations to help them find what they need.

**Product Knowledge**: Staying updated on product features, benefits, & pricing.

**Sales Transactions**: Processing purchases at the register and handling payments.

**Merchandising**: Maintaining clean and organized displays as well as re-stocking shelves.

**Handling Returns and Exchanges**: Processing customer returns and exchanges according to company policies.

**Required skills for a sales associate**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers.
- Strong product knowledge and ability to explain features and benefits.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-focused attitude with a desire to provide exceptional service.
- Retail Experience is a plus.
- Positive attitude and resilient nature.
- English: advanced proficiency.
- French: intermediate proficiency.

**Work days**: Monday to Friday (35 hours per week)

**Start date**: February 2025

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
