**_ About Your Role_**:

- The Flagship Business Manager is responsible for driving retail sales growth for their designated area. Leading a team of Business Managers, the role will play a vital part in driving sales performance, executing retail activations and ensuring consistency across stores. Key responsibilities include leading initiatives to enhance customer engagement, optimizing key performance indicators (KPI) such as foot traffic, average transaction value and data capture and aligning sales strategies with profit objectives. The Flagship Business Manager will also contribute to forecasting, setting store level sales targets and implementing motivational incentives for in-store teams. **_ About Your Role As a Multi Site Business Manager, you will:_**:
**Commercial Leadership of the Area**
- Support Field Sales Manager in driving total retail sales across defined focus Area, delivering sales performance, and driving ongoing KPI improvement (covering new customer acquisition, ATV, and return booking)

**High Performance Working Store Leaders**
- Lead and manage the team of Business Managers, ensuring each manager has clear objectives bi-annually for the delivery of their store strategy and sales plan
- Identify training & development needs and work with the Training team to identify and administer a master plan based on training needs across their stores
- Build open and honest relationship(s) with respective retailers in their Area establishing credibility and relationship currency
- Drive recruitment across stores and wider region/area(s)(Including but not limited to any new stores)
- Lead initiatives and actively encourage action plans through Business Managers to address engagement needs identified from Employee Survey, building a culture of inclusion and motivation within the Area
- Identify and capitalise on opportunities to drive brand awareness, performance, and market share across your Area
- Ensure flawless visual merchandising and grooming standards are adhered to on a daily basis
- Work closely with Retail Operations and other support functions to ensure communication with the retail team is effective and timely & solutions are always found.
- Influence and roll out ground-breaking eventing strategies for your Area
- ‘Always on’ theatre on the shop floor - driving brand dial up and sharing Charlotte’s Magic through services, activations and animations
- Contribute to forecasting, setting store level sales targets and implementing motivational incentives for in-store teams while working closely with various of magic office stakeholders including (and not limited to ) commercial to marketing.
