**About the role**:
As an Advanced Project Manager you will be responsible for all phases in the project management process on moderate to high complexity projects, or a portfolio of lower complexity projects.

You will report to the Project Portfolio Manager and be located in France or Belgium with the possibility to work part of the time remotely.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Lead medium-sized team, which may include project controls and sub-project managers.
- Support proposal process for moderate to high complexity projects, as assigned.
- Oversee the development of cost estimates and offers for operating plants support and modifications. Guide customer negotiations.
- Cultivate relationships with team, customer, and other partners in a matrix environment to facilitate successful project completion and identify opportunities for additional business growth.
- Resolve complex technical, commercial, and operational issues to provide high quality, enhance positive customer and supplier relations, and increase/maintain profit margin.
- Analyze contract requirements to ensure successful project implementation
- Use and support Westinghouse project management systems and controls for multiple projects assuring senior management is provided with up-to-date and accurate reports of each project status.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, or related technical discipline required.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as project manager leading and directing moderate to high complexity projects to successful completion
- Understanding of the Project Management Institute (PMI®)’s Project Management Body of Knowledge guide required.
- PMI Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification or other approved equivalent project management certification is required.
- Knowledge and skill of project scheduling and cost management.
- Language : Proficiency English and French required.
