**About the role**:
As a Training Officer you will plan trainings that are required to access NPP, according to the regulatory requirements; you'll also be in charge to prepare the NPP access documentation ( carnet d'access) for operational personnel.
You will report to the Planification and Technical training manager and be located in France. This is a Hybrid position, requiring to work from our facilities in Villejust at least 2 days/week.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Enroll employees in training taking into account organizational and geographical constraints
- Manage the administration of the training: follow-up, agreements/contracts, prerequisites and invitations/summonses
- Manage absences, cancellations and postponements
- Register training certificates on SAP and the network
- Verify completeness of the training process
- Manage the access documentations
- Create purchase orders
- Assist the training coordinator in all administrative tasks
**Qualifications**:
- BAC+2 in Human Resources or equivalent or min 5 years' experience in training administration
- High proficiency in office pack.
- Knowledge of training administration software (SAP)
- Advanced level of English and French
