**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Review of the technical publication such as but not limited to AD, SB, VSB, SIL, CMM, ALS, MPD, AMP, MRBR.
- Index the technical publication as per OEMServices standard practices.
- Update the system to ensure up to date visibility for the Incoming Quality Inspector and other stakeholders within OEMServices.
- Work closely with OEMServices Technical Support team to identify the workflow associated with the Technical Publications, such as Modifications.
- Openly and frequently communicates with the Strategic Partnership department to identify the different portals and access requirements.
- Analyze & support Incoming Inspection team on navigability and quality issues.
- Assess the navigability status of OEMServices pools in line with the regulations and act accordingly to remain compliant.
- Develops performance metrics for the department
- Issue monthly Technical Publication reports
- Support procedure development within the department
- Support SMS implementation
- Ensure the evolution of good practices in his/her area of expertise and their broadcast within the company
- Any other responsibility as assigned by Management
**Quality standards**:
- Ensure actions in line with the improvement process.
- Write up & edit supporting documents and ensure their implementation.
- Be an actor of the environmental approach.

**PROFILE REQUIRED**:Bachelors’ degree with relevant experience or Master’s degree in Engineering, aviation preferred. Aviation CAMO experience preferred.
