We are looking for a* Senior Project Manager** **Environmental Performance* to join the BlaBlaCar Energy Savings Certificate (ESC) team. As a Senior Project manager, you will be in charge of developing and managing our important Energy Saving Certificates (ESC) schemes in France. You will be the focal point for local administration and our key partners. We are at the beginning of the journey; we are looking for someone with a strong entrepreneurial mindset to unlock and drive this potential.
You will be reporting directly to the Head of Environmental Performance.

**Your responsibilities**
- Develop a clear strategy for BlaBlaCar regarding the French energy savings market
- Develop & manage strong relationships with our external business partners
- Elaborate appropriate financial schemes, negotiate & implement high-impact contracts
- Own this complex scheme within BlaBlaCar, you are in touch with our external stakeholders (private & public stakeholders) and on top of the legislation & its evolutions
- Collaborate & support P&L owners within BBC by sharing your knowledge and convincing our external stakeholders on evolutions identified as key by the internal teams
- Manage potential studies
- Manage one project manager as well as internal contributors to the ESC scheme in France
- Report to the Head on results, and share your learnings and ideas with the rest of the team

**What makes you a great fit**
- 4-5+ years of experience at least in account or project management or involving a public administration field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to convince and build strong relationships with partners
- Very organized, results-driven, and able to prioritize in a changing environment
- Naturally positive, energetic & motivated
- Excellent French and English (verbal & written)
