**Disruptive Technologies Project Manager**

**Why this is job for you**:
The DT Project Manager hunts, harvest, leads and directs multiple, Disruptive Technology projects within International Paper EMEA. He or she will work with members of the both the box plants and mills to deliver and scale new Disruptive Technology to drive Value for the corporation.
The DT Project Manager will integrate each project’s scope, definition, budget, project documentation, resource allocation, execution, deployment, and administrative closure to ensure the program/initiative is proving its intended value or the project is ended. He/She reports our regularly to local stakeholders and towards senior leaders within International Paper.
**You will**:
- Under general supervision, lead and direct multiple DT projects and play the solution delivery manager role for a business-sponsored project or provides guidance and oversight in the definition of small scale experiments.
- Work closely with other IP organizations to understand and implement business requirements
- Provision the appropriate resources within DT and business organization or potential vendors
- Manage cost, scope, risk, and issues associated with DT delivery of projects
- Create and monitor project schedules
- Identify, connect, involve and communicate to stakeholders throughout the life of the projects, including executive level management.
- Act as a promotor of DT towards the day to day environment of IP EMEA’s operations, office and sales organizations.
- Using proper DT stage gate process, manage the various components of project delivery from idea validation, Proof of Value, Proof of Concept, Pilot and Scale-up.
- Act as a facilitator between various functions, hierarchical levels and geographic location.
- Build project teams by provisioning the appropriate resources, transforming individuals from various organizations into an integrated and effective working unit.
**You have**:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Computer Science
- 1 - 3 years’ experience in Project Management
- Fluency in English
- Strong Technological background
- People management skills
- Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to write clear, concise business communication for multiple levels (management, technical, user)
- Experience in customer facing positions
