Perfectly situated at 19 Avenue Kléber, The Peninsula sits in the heart of Paris within walking distance of some of the world’s most famous monuments, museums and luxury shopping districts. The Peninsula houses 200 luxurious rooms, including 93 suites. Working alongside a high profile and prestigious team, The Peninsula Paris is seeking a Front Desk Manager.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Ensure the proper operation of all responsibilities of Front Desk operations
- Ensure the Front Office team is knowledgeable and fully adheres to the standards.
- Maintain consistency in staff performance in accordance with the standards
- Respect and enforce all applicable procedures.
- Ensure the proper functioning of the reception.
- Ensure the best welcome and follow-up of their stay
- Provide the highest level of customer satisfaction.
**General requirements**
- At least 5 years of experience as a Front Desk Supervisor/Manager
- Fluent both in French and English
- Previous experience as a manager in a hotel of a similar standing
- Well organized, highly detailed and with a sense of urgency and self-motivation
- Ability to deal with a high level of work demand and to adapt to a varied and demanding customers
