**Job Purpose**
**To be responsible for defining and implementing the tools and methods used for managing the quality system.**:
**Description of Key Activities**:
- Ensure compliance with standards and procedures across all activities performed, in alignment with X-FAB Group policies.
- Raise staff awareness of client requirements and the quality system.
- Based on the scope of responsibilities defined by your management:
- Use and update tools (documentation system, IT tools, etc.).
- Implement risk management, prevention, and correction methodologies related to quality.
- Contribute to the development of cross-functional processes in collaboration with Level 2 and Level 3 Quality Assurance Engineers, as well as with internal and external clients and suppliers.
- Support suppliers: propose performance improvements, evaluate changes, and establish new specifications after manager approval.
- Measure, monitor, and communicate quality indicators, their effectiveness, and efficiency.
- Facilitate a change validation group focused on site improvement and create documentation with stakeholders.
- Participate in risk management groups concerning product compliance.
- Prepare and/or participate in internal/external quality audits.
- Identify potential gaps in the quality system, develop, and implement associated action plans following manager approval.
- Define preventive and corrective solutions with the appropriate stakeholders.
- Design and deliver training on quality tools to all X-FAB teams.
**Required Professional Knowledge**
- **Education Level Without Experience**: Master’s Degree (Bac +5).
- **Languages**:
- French: C1
- English: C1
- **Other Professional Knowledge**:
- Advanced knowledge of quality tools: 8D, 5W, FMEA, etc.
- General knowledge of regulatory frameworks applicable to activities: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, etc.
- General knowledge of methodologies for risk management, prevention, and correction.
- Professional expertise in Quality documentation tools.
