Position Overview
Job Title: Regional Brand Manager - Women’s Health, APAC
Job Description:
The Regional Brand Manager - Women’s Health is responsible for leading the marketing strategy for Biocodex's Women's Health range across the APAC region. This role is based in the International Partnerships department, reports directly to the Associated Regional Manager, and has a functional reporting line to the Partners Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Marketing:
- Develop and align regional marketing strategies for our Women Health brands with the global marketing approach and APAC-specific insights, including both established and new market areas.- Create and implement the annual marketing plan for the region, emphasizing communication strategies, engagement plans for Key Opinion Leaders, medical activities, and an omnichannel approach that includes a digital/E-commerce roadmap.- Perform detailed market analysis, monitor performance with relevant KPIs, and adjust strategies to effectively address regional needs and insights.
2. Operational Marketing:
- Coordinate with the APAC team to enhance collaboration across the region.- Communicate marketing strategies effectively to partners during business reviews and coordinate our regional Women Health seminar.- Oversee the execution of the comprehensive 360° marketing plan with partners, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and contractual agreements, and continuously monitor and adjust based on ROIs.
3. Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Implement global strategies tailored to regional needs to ensure relevance and effectiveness.- Collaborate with internal relevant teams to drive excellent execution across all campaigns and initiatives.- Organize key regional marketing events to increase brand visibility and drive more brand engagement.
4. Team and Budget Management:
- Work closely with global marketing teams and APAC structure to ensure alignment and cooperation.- Set and manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation for maximum impact.
Professional Skills and Profile- Experienced in developing and executing marketing plans, with a strong ability to integrate strategic thinking with practical operations.- Excellent analytical skills for evaluating market trends, KPIs, and business data.- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary projects and collaborate across diverse teams.- Strong communication and relationship management skills, capable of influencing and motivating teams.- Frequent travel required (30-40%).
Qualifications- Advanced degree in Management, Marketing, or a related scientific field.- At least 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the health or dermo-cosmetic sector.- Proficiency in English; additional language skills relevant to the APAC region (e.g., Chinese) are advantageous.
